be a person of outstanding character, to be able to meet all of high
proficiency in the prescribed techniques.
As the result of a tough and rigorous examination carried out by an approved WKO examiner. In accordance with the Rules, Regulations & Standards set forth by the
WORLD KICKBOXING ORGANISATION
